I downloaded the app and tried to buy the Paris guide but keep getting the same error - purchase cannot be confirmed. So frustrating! I even tried deleting the app & downloading again and same thing, ugh.

You pay for certain features on the app. Not too helpful if your looking for something quick to help navigate around a city like New York.

Even though I would call myself a tech geek, I found the app not easy and less intuitional to use. And there are guides for only those 4 cities or is this just a result from the bad handling of that app?

Please let us choose the city as not everybody lives in NY or Rome

Transactions repeatedly failed and dont know why.

Its been awhile with no new cities

Seemed great, but once I actually opened the app, I realized that you need to pay for everything. go to tripadvisor and get all the info for free.

Once you add a site/point of interest to an itinerary you cant delete it. There is a delete icon in the app that should clearly delete the desired site/poi, but it does not work. No app support from NatGeo. Link just goes to their main website.

App is free but you have to pay to unlock info. Looks like great app, but it gives basic info for free which we can google easily.

The app looks great and has easy movement between selections, it seems strange to only offer 4 cities of interest. I am someone who would love to see more cities on the app, so I can be inspired to take a trip to a new, exotic location. Ive already been to 2 of the 4 cities on the app.

Theres only 4 cities. Just 4.

Missing nearly every city-something to check on and come back to if they are able to pull this off.
